Step 01

Scan

BeamDiagnostic™

Before we suggest a single activity, we read the team. BeamDiagnostic™ takes a quick, light read across eight dimensions of team health, plus what the team itself says it needs.

That picture — not a brochure — decides everything that follows. It’s also your baseline, the ‘before’ we measure against later.

Step 02

Design

Blueprint™

With the diagnosis in hand, we design a Blueprint™ — the plan for your experience, built around your real gap. Format, flow, the dimensions to target, the debrief, the measurement plan: all chosen on purpose.

No stock package. Two teams with the same headcount can get completely different designs.

Build

In-house production

We produce the experience end to end, in-house — the materials, the tech, the run-of-show, the logistics. Owning the build is how we keep the quality high and the day smooth, whether it’s twenty people or two thousand.

Deliver

Measure

This is the step almost no one else takes. We re-check the team at Day 14 with Pulse™, follow the change at Day 30 and 60 with Trace™, and write it all up as a BeamScore™ movement in an Impact Report™ you can take to leadership.
