Team days your people actually remember — and that you can prove worked.
TeamBeam plans, runs, and measures team experiences, offsites and development for companies across India and beyond. We skip the forced fun. Every minute has a point, and we check afterwards whether it landed.
Most team events are forgotten by Friday and nobody can say if they helped. We do it the other way around: understand the team first, build the day around a real goal, and follow up for two months to see what changed.
You spend the budget. Everyone has an okay time. Then nothing changes.
It is a familiar story. A team books an outing, people show up, there is food and a few games, and by the next week it is a photo on a Slack channel. The teams that needed to talk still do not talk. The new joiners still feel like guests.
The problem is not the activity. It is that the activity was never tied to anything, and nobody looked at whether it worked. So the next year you do it again, a little bigger, and hope.
Understand the team first. Then design the day. Then check it worked.
Before we suggest a single activity, we look at how your team is really doing — where trust is thin, where communication breaks, what the team itself says it needs. That reading shapes everything after.
Then we build a day around that, run it well, and come back at Day 14, 30 and 60 to see what shifted. You end up with proof, not just a good memory. That is the whole idea behind TeamBeam.
Three ways we deliver — pick what suits the team.
In the office, away somewhere, or fully online for people spread across cities. The format changes; the care behind it does not.
In-Office
We bring the whole thing to your workplace or a venue in your city. No travel, half a day, big lift in the room.
Explore →Away Together
Take the team out — a day trip nearby or a full residential offsite. The change of place does half the work.
Explore →Online
Live-hosted sessions with kits posted to every home, so a team spread across cities still shares one experience.
Explore →Eight ways to bring a team together — one method holding them up.
From a two-hour game show to a three-day leadership retreat to a give-back project for your CSR mandate. Browse below, or just tell us the goal and we will point you to the right one.

Five simple steps run behind every TeamBeam experience, whether it is a small workshop or a thousand-person event.
Scan
We read the team across eight dimensions before we plan a thing.
Design
A Blueprint™ built for your real gap — not a stock package.
Build
We produce every detail end-to-end, in-house.
Deliver
Hosted and run so it lands on the day.
Measure
We re-check at Day 14, 30 & 60 and hand you the proof.
We don’t stop at the event. We come back and check.
Most companies run a day and hope it worked. We set a baseline before the event with BeamDiagnostic™, then measure again on a fixed schedule. You get numbers you can show your boss — not just nice photos.
Here is the schedule, every time:
First signal
A quick Pulse™ check on what actually shifted right after the experience, while it’s fresh.
Is it sticking?
Trace™ follows whether the new habits are holding up once people are back in real work.
The proof
Your BeamScore™ movement, written up in a clear Impact Report™ you can take to leadership.
GCCs, IT and product, startups, banks, factories — we have built for all of them.
Large in-office teams, hybrid setups, fast-growing startups, teams that just merged or just lost half their people to attrition. Whatever shape you are in, there is a starting point that fits.
By industry
Technology and GCCs, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and more — each with its own pressures.
See industries →By role
Whether you are a CHRO, an L&D lead, a people manager or a chief of staff, you get a plan that fits your goal.
See roles →By moment
Onboarding a cohort, recovering from burnout, settling a reorg, kicking off the year — we map to the moment.
See moments →Mark the moments that matter
A year-round calendar of reasons to bring people together — from new-year resets to year-end celebrations — framed so everyone feels included.

Signature spots across India, easy Asia options, and worldwide planning for distributed teams. The right place changes the whole mood.

Not everything needs us in the room. Our kits, playbooks and facilitator training give your own people everything they need to run a great session — with the structure and the debrief built in, so it still does its job.
Things people ask before they book
How big can a TeamBeam experience be?
Anything from a single team of 20 to a full-company event of 2,000. The format and the run-of-show change with the size, but the planning and the follow-up stay the same.
How soon can you run something?
For a standard in-office experience, usually two to three weeks. Large offsites and residential retreats need more lead time — tell us your date and we will be straight with you about what is possible.
Do you only work in Pune?
No. We are based in Pune and run regularly across the major hubs — Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi NCR and more — plus offsites anywhere in India and abroad.
What does the measurement actually involve for our people?
Short, light check-ins — a few minutes each at Day 14, 30 and 60. We keep it simple so people actually respond, and you get a clear report at the end.
Can you help with our CSR requirement?
Yes. Our Impact & CSR work is built to do real good and produce a report your CSR and ESG teams can file against the 2% requirement under the Companies Act.
teambeam.us is our home there — same method, a team on the ground.
Tell us what you’re trying to do.
Tell us what you’re trying to fix or celebrate, and we’ll design the experience around it. No hard sell — just a real conversation about your team.
