What we do

Everything your team needs to come together — and a reason behind every bit of it.

Eight ways we work, three ways we deliver, one method underneath. Have a clear idea? Jump straight to it below. Not sure yet? Tell us the goal and we will steer you.

How it all works

Whatever you pick, the same five steps run behind it.

This is what makes a TeamBeam experience different from a vendor who just shows up with props.

01

Scan

We read the team across eight dimensions before we plan a thing.

02

Design

A Blueprint™ built for your real gap — not a stock package.

03

Build

We produce every detail end-to-end, in-house.

04

Deliver

Hosted and run so it lands on the day.

05

Measure

We re-check at Day 14, 30 & 60 and hand you the proof.

The fifth step is the one that matters most. We measure what changed at Day 14, 30 and 60, so your spend turns into something you can show leadership. See the method in full →

Common questions

Before you choose

I don’t know which pillar we need. Where do I start?

Start with the goal, not the format. Tell us what is going on with the team — new people, low energy, a reorg, a milestone — and we will recommend the right pillar, or a mix.

Can we combine more than one?

Often the best plan does. A common one: an experience to open an offsite, a facilitated session in the middle, and a give-back afternoon to close. We design it as one flow.

Do you handle everything, or just the activity?

Both options exist. We can run the whole thing end-to-end, or hand you a kit to run yourself. Offsites & Retreats is full-service; Self-Serve & Kits is do-it-yourself.

Is measurement included in every pillar?

Yes. Whether it is a two-hour game show or a multi-day retreat, the Day 14/30/60 follow-up is part of the package, not an add-on.
