Things people ask about Development & Facilitation

How is this different from a regular trainer?

We design to your team’s actual gap from the diagnostic, not a fixed curriculum — and we measure whether behaviour changed weeks later.

Can you do deeper, longer development programs?

Yes. And for serious organisation-development and assessment work we have a sister practice, Aadi Projects, built specifically for that. We’ll point you there if it’s the better fit.

Will it be death by slides?

No. These are working, on-your-feet sessions. People practise and decide far more than they sit and listen.

Can a workshop be part of an offsite?

Often the best place for it. We slot facilitated sessions into offsites so the thinking and the bonding happen together.
