Growth & Partnerships

We’d rather grow on substance than hype. You’ll connect us with teams who’ll benefit, build relationships with partners and venues, and help our brand reach further — including the cross-referral flywheel with our sister practice, Aadi Projects.

What you’d do

Day to day.

  • Build the pipeline. Reach and nurture the right buyers.
  • Grow partnerships. Venues, platforms, facilitators, referrers.
  • Tell the story. Honest, sharp positioning — no cringe.
  • Close the loop. Use what we measure as proof.

What the work is really like

You’ll help the right teams discover what we do — without a shred of pressure-sell. That means reaching buyers who’ll genuinely benefit, building relationships with venues, facilitators and referral partners, and telling the TeamBeam story with honesty and edge. You’ll also help power the cross-referral flywheel with our sister practice, Aadi Projects.

Because everything we do is measured, you’ll sell on proof, not promises — which is a rare and satisfying thing in this space.
