Facilitator — the person up front is the product.

You run the room. You read the energy, hold the group, and turn a designed experience into something people feel — and learn from.

The role

Facilitator

Facilitation is craft. Our facilitators don’t just host — they read a room, adapt in real time, and run debriefs that turn play into something useful on Monday.

What you’d do

Day to day.

  • Deliver experiences brilliantly. Be the calm, sharp presence that makes it work.
  • Run honest debriefs. Help teams see what just happened and why it matters.
  • Adapt on the fly. Read the room and adjust without losing the thread.
  • Represent the brand. You’re who the client remembers.
What we’re looking for

You might be a fit if…

  • You’ve facilitated, hosted, taught, or performed.
  • You’re calm under pressure and quick on your feet.
  • You genuinely like people.
  • You can hold a room of 10 or 500.
What the work is really like

You’ll stand in front of groups from ten to five hundred and turn a designed experience into something people feel. Some days that’s a boardroom of executives; some days it’s a field full of new joiners. The craft is the same: read the energy, hold the room, and run a debrief that turns play into a genuine insight people carry back to work.

You won’t be improvising alone — every session comes with a considered design and a team behind you. Your job is to make it land, and to make everyone in the room feel like they belonged there.

How we work, and how to apply

Facilitation with us is a craft we invest in, not a script we hand you. You’ll get real coaching, a strong design to work from, and the freedom to make each room your own. If you’ve facilitated, hosted, taught or performed and you love the live moment, write to [email protected] and tell us about a time you turned a flat room around.
