Experience Designer — turn team goals into experiences that land.

You translate a team’s real needs into a designed experience — choosing the format, shaping the arc, and building in the moments that create change.

The role

Experience Designer

Experience Designers are the architects of what we do. You take what the diagnostic surfaces about a team and design an experience that targets it — balancing genuine fun with real outcomes.

What you’d do

Day to day.

  • Design experiences end to end. From goal to format to the debrief that makes it stick.
  • Work from real inputs. Use what we learn about each team to shape the right thing.
  • Partner with facilitators. Hand over a design that’s a joy to run.
  • Keep raising the bar. Invent new formats and retire tired ones.
What we’re looking for

You might be a fit if…

  • You’ve designed events, learning, or experiences before.
  • You think in outcomes, not just activities.
  • You’re creative but structured.
  • You care about inclusion and detail.
What the work is really like

No two briefs are the same. One week you’re shaping a leadership offsite around a team that’s just been through a merger; the next you’re inventing a format that turns a warehouse floor into a problem-solving arena. You’ll work from real diagnostic inputs, sketch the arc, choose the mechanics, and then hand facilitators a design that’s a genuine pleasure to run.

The best part: because we measure every engagement at Day 14, 30 and 60, you actually see which of your design choices moved the needle — a feedback loop most designers never get.

How we work, and how to apply

We’re a small, senior team that trades bureaucracy for ownership. You’ll have real creative latitude, work flexibly, and ship things that reach real teams fast. If that sounds like your kind of studio, send a note and a portfolio or a few examples of experiences, learning or events you’ve designed to [email protected]. Tell us about one experience you designed that changed how a group behaved — that’s the thing we care about most.
